Shirodhara

Potali Massage

It is given by different types of heat which brings sweat on the skin by opening the pores. Due to which the fatty tissue and waste products get mobilized. It also dilates all the channels in the body, so the sticky and adherent toxic substances which have become lodged in the peripheral tissues get softness and by melting comes into main stream from where they can be efficiently expel out.

Nasyam
Nasya is a term to be applied generally for medicines or medicated oils administered through the nasal passage, to purify the head and neck region17. The medicines which are used for this procedure include oil, powders, plant juices, decoctions, infusions and even smoke.
The Nasya Karma is considered the best and the most specific procedure for diseases of the head18. The nasal passage is considered as the doorway to the head19 and accordingly all drugs and measures introduced through the nose spread throughout the head, so it is considered to be effective in diseases of head including five sense organs.

Vasti means urinary bladder. In ancient period, physicians were using this for giving medicated enema, hence the name given Basti.
